2.       Copper Wire-Bar

If the quality of scrap is not good, the resulting product in place of Copper ingots will be Copper Wire-Bar. The Wire-Bar has following specifications:

Purity:  98.00% (This is a minimum assurance. However, it may be superior than this)

3.       Copper Wire Rods

Copper ingots are rolled through a 10 stand mill to convert them into wire rods. The wire rods are of following specifications:  

 

Shape: Round cross-section. In coil form.   
Weight: 100 ? 125 kg / coil  
Purity:  99.90%  
Size. Cross-section diameter - 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 22 mm

4.       Copper Strips

Copper wire rods are passed through a flattening machine to produce copper strips. These are of following specifications:  

 

Shape: Rectangular Cross-section. Flat coil form.  
Quality: As per international Quality Standards.

5.       Copper wires (upto 36 gauge)

Copper wire rods are passed through various dies to produce the wires of desired diameter. Copper wires we manufacture are of following specifications:  

Shape: Round cross-section. In coil form.

Size: Diameter ? 8 mm to 0.20 mm  
Packaging :  Normal coil form / In wooden or PVC bobbins (on special requirement)

6.       Copper Super-Enameled Wire (Winding Wire)

The copper wires are dipped and baked through a vertical owen to obtain a enamel coating on the wire. These are used primarily as winding wires for motors / generators etc.

Size: Diameter ? 0.7 mm to 4 mm

7.       Copper Super-Enameled Strip

The copper strip is dipped and baked through a vertical owen to obtain a enamel coating on the strip. These are used primarily in winding in high capacity transformers, generators etc.
